OVERVIEW
These Terms govern your use of the Desperado Dropouts Ltd website (the “Site”) and any purchases from us. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Desperado Dropouts Ltd.

Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform for our store.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, and anyone submitting content.

1. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us, or you must be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. DROPS, LIMITED STOCK AND AVAILABILITY

Desperado Dropouts operates a “drop” model: certain products are released in limited quantities at specific times.

  • All drops are subject to availability. We may end a drop early if stock runs out or if we detect suspicious activity.

  • We do not guarantee that any product will be available beyond the stated drop window.

  • Limited availability items are not automatically eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or not as described (see Section 9).

3. USE OF THE SITE

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any UK laws.

  • Attempt to use bots, scripts, automation tools, or other means to purchase items in bulk or to bypass our purchase limits.

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site, our servers, or Shopify’s infrastructure.

  • Resell items purchased from us in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, block any account, or refuse service to anyone at any time, including if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

  • You must provide accurate payment and billing information. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Your order is an offer to buy, not a confirmation of purchase.

  • We confirm acceptance of your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

  • We may cancel your order before dispatch for reasons including: stock issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

  • If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and, where applicable, refund any Amount paid.

6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct. We may not be able to redirect or recover items sent to an incorrect address.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND FAULTY ITEMS

You have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • For non-faulty items, returns are only accepted if explicitly stated on the product page or in our Returns Policy. Limited/drop items may be excluded from non-faulty returns.

8. USER CONTENT, COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit comments, ideas, images, designs, or other content to us (including via email, social media, or the Site):

  • You agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish and distribute that content in any way, for any purpose, without payment or obligation to respond.

  • You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or that violates anyone’s rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy).

  • You are solely responsible for your submissions.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (including designs, logos, images, text and branding) is owned by or licensed to Desperado Dropouts Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or any transactions with them.

Termination does not affect your rights or liabilities that arose before termination.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and purchases from us.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without regard to your local consumer laws that may provide different protections (which shall apply only to the extent required by law).

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site.
Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
